Randy Kaardal, K.C. is a senior litigator handling commercial litigation for clients in the financial, mining, forestry, and manufacturing sectors, and has appeared at all levels of court in Canada, including the Supreme Court of Canada, as well as before numerous administrative tribunals including the BC Securities Commission and federal and provincial human rights tribunals. He also maintains a labour and employment practice representing both employers and employees. He clerked for Justice Beverley McLachlin, then of the BC Court of Appeal, and Justice Henry Hutcheon from 1986 to 1987, and has lectured at the UBC Faculty of Law. He was appointed King's Counsel in 2014 and serves as the Honorary Consul General of Norway in British Columbia.
