About Jordan
Jordan Dunlop is litigation counsel with an active practice before various levels of Ontario courts and tribunals, including the Court of Appeal, Divisional Court and Superior Court of Justice. Her broad litigation practice spans insurance defence, commercial, municipal and complex coverage matters, with particular focus on occupiers' and product liability, property damage, breach of contract and personal injury. She has built long-standing relationships with international clients and manages a number of their Canadian claims. Jordan is recognized by Best Lawyers in Canada as a "One to Watch" in insurance law. She earned her JD from Dalhousie University's Schulich School of Law in 2014, an MA from Concordia University in 2010, and an honours BA from the University of Toronto in 2007, and was called to the Ontario bar in 2015. In her spare time, she sits on the Advocacy Committee of the Toronto Lawyers' Association and helps fundraise for Justice for Children and Youth.
