About Inderpal

Inderpal Gill practises insurance defence, general litigation, and criminal defence at Brownlee LLP, including ICBC defence and plaintiff-side employment matters. Gill began articling at a criminal defence firm in 2019 and joined Basra Law Group in 2020, building an ICBC defence practice alongside criminal work, before joining Brownlee LLP. Gill has courtroom experience in both BC Supreme Court and Provincial Court, handling trials, chambers applications, and bail hearings, and has appeared in reported decisions including Kala v. Bahr (2024 BCSC 192) and Latham v. Latham (2024 BCSC 171). Outside law, Gill is active in Vancouver's Punjabi music community as a Sarangi and Dhol player, performing at venues including Rogers Arena and the Vancouver Convention Centre.
