An associate in the firm's Toronto office, Luke Hills' practice focuses on domestic, international, and cross-border mergers and acquisitions for both public and private companies, private equity and venture capital funds, and capital markets transactions and securities regulatory matters. He has acted as counsel to Canadian and international purchasers and vendors in private mergers and acquisitions, and purchasers and target companies in public company acquisitions. He acts on transactions involving a wide range of industry sectors, including technology, gaming, life sciences, cannabis, automotive, manufacturing, mining, retail and consumer products.
