About Michelle

Michelle Kumar is an associate in the firm's Waterloo Region office. She previously worked at a full-service Bay Street firm in Toronto and then at a Waterloo firm where she was involved in mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructures, and shareholder and partnership agreements. She completed a judicial clerkship with the Honourable Judge Mark McConnell at the 18th District Court of Michigan and shadowed justices at the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and Ontario Court of Appeal.
