About Kyle

Kyle Stout's corporate and commercial practice serves clients ranging from small and medium-sized family-owned businesses to large institutional clients, covering incorporations, reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, succession planning, financing, franchise matters, and commercial agreements including licensing and technology contracts. For several years his practice included commercial litigation, appearing before all levels of court, experience that now helps him anticipate and manage disputes before they escalate. He is a member of the Nunavut Bar in addition to the Ontario bar, and has advised a range of clients including businesses of all sizes and governmental agencies in the territory. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Ottawa and a Bachelor of Management and Organizational Studies from the University of Western Ontario.
