Will Fung is a partner at Blakes focusing on corporate finance transactions and public mergers and acquisitions, including public offerings, private placements, take-over bids and merger transactions. He has significant experience with domestic and cross-border REITs, REOCs, income funds and mutual fund corporations, and regularly advises on corporate governance and regulatory compliance. He's a member of the Hong Kong Canada Business Association and the American Bar Association.
