Frank Van Dyke is a personal injury lawyer who has practised since being called to the Ontario bar in 1993, focusing on motor vehicle accident, catastrophic injury, disability insurance, WSIB, and human rights claims for clients across Eastern Ontario. He holds a law degree and a Bachelor of Arts Honours in History, both from Queen's University. He has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court, Divisional Court, Court of Appeal, Federal Court of Canada, Tax Court of Canada, the Canada Pension Plan Review Tribunal, the Pension Appeal Board, the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board and Appeals Tribunal, the Financial Services Commission of Ontario, and the Licence Appeal Tribunal.
