About David

David has practiced personal injury law in Ottawa and across Ontario for over 20 years, representing clients in car accidents, slip and fall claims, defective product cases, and long-term disability and insurance disputes. He typically works on a contingency basis, not collecting fees until a case settles or is won at trial, and offers a free initial consultation. He earned a degree in psychology from Carleton University before receiving his law degree from Queen's University in 1999, and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2001. He is a member in good standing of the Law Society of Ontario and belongs to the Better Business Bureau, the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association, the Lawyer Referral Service, the County of Carleton Law Association, and the Canadian Bar Association.
