About Ksenia

Ksenia Orehova is an associate, currently on leave, out of the Port Alberni office, with a varied litigation practice focused on wills and estates, family, and Aboriginal law. Before focusing on family and estates law she worked in public interest environmental law with Ecojustice and in Aboriginal law with Cascadia Legal LLP, giving her experience with land governance, consultation rights, and self-determination issues facing Indigenous communities. She graduated with a Juris Doctor from Dalhousie University (Schulich School of Law) in 2020, articled with Ecojustice in Vancouver, and was called to the bar in October 2021. She holds a Bachelor of Political Science from the University of British Columbia.
