About Jennifer

Jennifer G Hubbard is a partner at All Points Law who has practised law since 1994, including more than a decade with the firm's predecessor, Walker Hubbard. She practises both as a solicitor and a mediator, with a busy real estate practice covering residential and commercial conveyances, mortgages, covenants, and easements. In her wills and estates practice she prepares wills, powers of attorney, and representation agreements, plans estates ahead of medical assistance in dying, and guides executors through grants of probate and letters of administration. She became an Accredited Family Law Mediator and Accredited Elder Law Mediator in 2012, and helps separating parties reach fair, affordable settlements, as well as conducting elder mediations for age-related issues such as intergenerational or blended family challenges, health care planning, or estate planning.
