About Ksenia
Ksenia Maiorova is a partner in the firm's Orlando office with more than fifteen years of experience in sports immigration, representing athletes, coaches, and other sports industry professionals in visa and permanent residence matters. She has developed legal strategies for international student-athletes pursuing Name, Image, and Likeness opportunities during their NCAA careers, work she documents in her book NIL x Immigration. Her EB-1A win for Olympic hammer thrower Camryn Rogers is considered the first NIL-related EB-1A granted to an NCAA student-athlete. She founded and serves as interim director of the Sports Immigration Lawyers Association and founded the annual Sports Immigration Law Conference, and she speaks frequently at American Immigration Lawyers Association events. She earned her J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley in 2007 and was admitted to the New York bar in 2008. She speaks Russian and English.
