About Cavan

Cavan Maiolo defends clients across southern Ontario on charges spanning assault, sexual assault, driving offences, and drug offences. He began his career in Hamilton, then worked at a large Toronto criminal defence firm before joining Rusonik, O'Connor, Ross, Hershberg, Ghebrai & MacDonald LLP. He has conducted trials before both the Ontario Court of Justice and the Superior Court of Justice, appearing in front of judges and juries. His approach centers on making sure clients understand their circumstances and options, and he believes in preparing every file as though it will go to trial.
