About Katherine

Katherine leads Siskinds' Professionals Practice Group, advising physicians, dentists, pharmacists, veterinarians and accountants on business law matters. Her work includes forming corporate structures, buying and selling professional practices, corporate reorganizations, and regulatory or College issues, plus setting up and maintaining professional corporations. She also helps professional clients with estate planning, covering wills and powers of attorney. Katherine earned her Juris Doctor from Western University in 2013 and was called to the Ontario bar in 2014, after completing an Honours Bachelor of Music in vocal performance at the same school. Before joining Siskinds, she practiced corporate law at a large London firm and worked as in-house counsel at a major Canadian insurer.
