About Krystin

Krystin Wilson is a litigation associate whose practice spans a broad range of civil and commercial disputes. Before joining Gilbertson Davis, she practiced civil and commercial litigation at a boutique firm, appearing before the Superior Court of Justice and Small Claims Court, and she articled at an insurance company. Krystin earned her law degree from the University of Kent in Canterbury, England, where she won awards for negotiation competition performance and volunteered at the Kent Legal Clinic assisting refugees and asylum seekers. She holds an Honours B.A. in philosophy, East Asian studies, and religion from the University of Toronto and completed an exchange program at the Chinese University of Hong Kong. She later earned an LL.M. with a concentration in law and social justice from the University of Ottawa, where she focused on intersectional discrimination. Krystin was called to the Ontario bar in 2023.
