About David
David Alderson is Senior Counsel in Commercial Litigation at Gilbertson Davis, and a qualified arbitrator and commercial mediator. He holds LL.B. and LL.M. degrees and has practised as a commercial and civil litigator for over 40 years, handling matters in the courts and in domestic and international arbitration in Ontario, England, Bermuda, and Dubai. He is also admitted to practice law in New York State. His work covers business disputes, cross-border litigation, fraud recovery, real estate litigation, and enforcement of judgments and arbitration awards, and he has written extensively on motions for summary judgment.
