About Rachelle
Rachelle Wabischewich is a partner at Grigoras Law practicing commercial litigation. Her work centers on disputes among shareholders, including oppression claims, as well as contract enforcement and conflicts over corporate governance. She also handles urgent injunctive relief and the mediation and arbitration work that often resolves these matters short of trial. She was called to the Ontario bar in 2014. Rachelle holds a J.D. from Western University, completed in 2013, and a B.A. with honours, earned summa cum laude, from York University in 2009.
