About Nick
Nick practises civil litigation with a focus on insurance defence, condominium and coverage disputes, real estate litigation, and commercial disputes, along with related work in subrogation, policy interpretation, and franchise and employment law. Nick has been featured in the media commenting on real estate wire fraud, commercial lease disputes, and consumer contest controversies, and has written extensively on COVID-19 related business and court closures. Nick earned a Bachelor of Science with honours from Queen's University before completing both a B.A. and a J.D. at the University of Western Ontario, and was called to the Ontario bar in 2012.
