About Sabrina

Sabrina Saltmarsh is a litigation associate with more than fifteen years of experience in business and civil disputes, including commercial and contract matters, cross-border enforcement of foreign judgments and arbitral awards, shareholder conflicts, construction liens, real estate disputes and estates litigation. She has handled judgment enforcement, summary judgment motions and injunctions, appearing before all levels of Ontario courts including the Divisional Court and Court of Appeal. Sabrina earned her honours degree from the University of Toronto in 2006 and her J.D. from the University of Western Ontario in 2009, and was called to the Ontario bar in 2010. She is conversationally fluent in Hindi, Punjabi and Urdu.
