About Kristin
Kristin's family law practice at Epstein Cole covers all areas of the field, including negotiating and drafting marriage contracts and adoptions, and she represents clients both in court and through alternative dispute resolution. She is trained in Collaborative Family Law and serves as the firm's Associate Partner, overseeing the Associate Development Program and the firm's continuing legal education. She has written on topics including pensions, marriage contracts, parenting plans, and property division, co-authored a textbook chapter on property rights under the Family Law Act, and previously taught family law in a Bar Admissions course at the University of Toronto. Kristin earned her LL.B from Queen's University in 2003 and was called to the Ontario bar in 2004.
