About Alyssa
Alyssa Weinerman is a partner at Epstein Cole practising family law, handling a broad range of parenting and financial issues including child and spousal support, property division, separation agreements, cohabitation arrangements and marriage contracts. Her business background gives her added insight into how corporate, trust and investment structures intersect with family law matters. She represents clients through negotiation, litigation, mediation and arbitration, and regularly appears before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and the Ontario Court of Justice. Alyssa received the University of Toronto's Arbor Award for Volunteer Contributions in 2025 and previously won the Fay Keen Prize in Family Law from U of T's Faculty of Law. She was called to the Ontario bar in 2009 after earning her J.D. from the University of Toronto and an H.B.A. from the Richard Ivey School of Business.
