About Batya
Batya Berman is an associate at Epstein Cole whose practice spans all areas of family law, from contracts and agreements to parenting and support and financial matters. She has training in collaborative family law and experience in mediation, arbitration and litigation, and she works to reduce conflict for her clients wherever possible. Batya summered and articled at the firm before joining as an associate. Her background in psychology gives her insight into the emotional side of family breakdown while she stays focused on the legal goals of each case. She earned her J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2018 and an Honours B.Sc. in Psychology from York University in 2014, and was called to the Ontario bar in 2019.
