Stephanie Gabor is a partner with over a decade of experience in trust and estate matters, bringing a cross-border perspective to her advice for individuals, families and fiduciaries. Her practice covers trust and estate planning and administration, and she counsels clients on effective structures for transferring assets to future generations and to charity. Stephanie also regularly advises fiduciaries on trust and estate administration, including how estate planning and charitable vehicles participate in corporate transactions. Before joining Torys, she worked as an attorney in the trust and estates practice at a New York law firm, focusing on U.S. estate, gift and generation-skipping transfer tax planning. From 2013 to 2020 she volunteered as a panel member with the Planning and Estates Law Project at the New York City Bar, and she also served on that bar association's Committee on Estate and Gift Taxation from 2013 to 2016.
