About Mark
Mark Uster is a partner at Dale & Lessmann LLP and chairs the firm's Real Estate & Development practice group. Mark's work spans all facets of commercial real estate law, including lending transactions and the acquisition and disposition of commercial properties, with particular experience in apartment buildings, industrial properties, shopping centres, and vacant land purchased for redevelopment. On the lending side, Mark regularly represents both bank and non-bank lenders in secured transactions, including construction loans, CMHC-insured loans, and conventional financing, aiming to bring practical, business-minded solutions to each transaction. Mark holds an LL.B. and a B.Sc. (Hons.) from the University of Western Ontario and was admitted to the Ontario Bar in 2007.
