About Alex

Alex Strickland is an associate who advocates for clients on parenting, property and support matters, and she has handled cases involving the Hague Convention. She earned her law degree from Western University, where she served as an active volunteer and team leader with the school's Community Legal Services clinic, co-authoring a publication on legal remedies for student survivors of sexual violence. She also worked as a research assistant for a family law professor and coordinated public legal education for Pro Bono Students Canada. Alex holds a bachelor's degree in political science from the University of Tampa and was called to the Ontario bar in June 2023. She received the Stanley C. Tessis Memorial Award and the Morris Kroll Memorial Award during law school.
