About Kristen
Kristen Mangan works as an associate attorney out of Green and Spiegel's Philadelphia office, handling a wide range of nonimmigrant and immigrant employment-based matters. That practice centers on H-1B, O-1, and L-1 visa applications along with permanent labor certifications and EB-2 National Interest Waiver petitions. Before coming to the firm, Kristen worked at a large multinational law firm supporting corporate immigration cases. Kristen earned a Juris Doctor from Penn State Law in 2021 and holds a bachelor's degree in English Literature from the University of Georgia, is admitted to practice in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania, and serves as co-chair of the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee for the Philadelphia chapter of AILA.
