About Iain
Iain Peck runs a complex dispute resolution practice, working with clients to develop and execute strategies for resolving their legal problems in practical, cost-effective ways. He concentrates on professional liability claims for engineers, construction litigation, and product liability matters, along with disputes involving industrial equipment and environmental contamination and clean-up. He typically acts for engineers, general contractors, architects, and other construction professionals and small municipalities, including claims against directors and officers under construction lien legislation, and for contractors and suppliers pursuing Construction Act claims. He also defends manufacturers accused of supplying dangerous or defective products. Iain belongs to the Canadian Bar Association and the Construction Section of the Ontario Bar Association, joined the Construction Lawyers Society of America in 2021, and was recognized by Best Lawyers in 2024.
