Kimberly Kuntz is a partner at Scion Law who represents executors, trustees, and beneficiaries in estate and trust disputes, including wills validity and wills variation claims, disputes over the interpretation of wills and trust instruments, and matters involving suspected undue influence or incapacity. In her elder law practice, she litigates cases involving suspected abuse and neglect of elderly adults or persons with diminished capacity, and cases involving suspected misappropriation of funds. Kimberly is a frequent speaker on estates and trust litigation and has contributed to several publications, including a chapter on claims against people who misuse powers of attorney in the 2023 CLE publication 'Estate Disputes in BC: A Litigator's Guide.' She has been recognized by Best Lawyers in Canada and the Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory as a leading practitioner in estates and trusts litigation. Before joining Scion Law in 2023, Kimberly was a partner for over 15 years at the Vancouver office of an international law firm.
