About Jamie

Jamie Porciuncula is a partner at McLellan Herbert Locke who has focused her practice on estate litigation and elder law since 2012. Before being admitted to the BC Bar, she practised as an associate attorney at a boutique family law firm in Seattle, Washington, appearing in the Washington District and Superior courts. She is a frequent lecturer for Continuing Legal Education, the Trial Lawyers Association of British Columbia, and the Pacific Business Law Institute, and has lectured for the Professional Legal Training Course. She is a contributing author to the CLE publication Annotated Estates Practice and LexisNexis Practice Guidance Canada – Wills and Estates, and is recognized by Best Lawyers in Canada for trusts and estates.
