About Jonathan

Jonathan Hooper is a partner at Tupman & Bloom LLP working out of the Halifax office, serving clients across Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, and Prince Edward Island. He practices in wills, estate administration and probate, trusts, and estate litigation, helping clients prepare wills, powers of attorney, personal directives, and guardianship appointments, and advising executors, trustees, and attorneys acting under a power of attorney. Jonathan also brings a broad litigation background covering property disputes, construction law, commercial and contract disputes, and class actions, and has appeared before every level of court in Nova Scotia as well as in New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, and Ontario. He holds a B.A. from Mount Allison University and an LL.B. from the University of Auckland, and is called to the bar in Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, and New Zealand.
