About Hannah
Hannah Solmon is an associate at Scion Law LLP whose practice is concentrated entirely in wills, estates, and trusts litigation. Her caseload spans a wide array of estate conflicts, from contesting the validity of a will and allegations of undue influence or incapacity to disagreements among co-executors and estate administration issues, along with claims brought under the Wills, Estates and Succession Act. Hannah's work also extends to committeeship applications under the Patients Property Act and to disputes concerning powers of attorney. She holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Victoria and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Simon Fraser University, having articled at a well-regarded regional firm in downtown Vancouver before being called to the British Columbia bar in February 2025.
