About Mark
Mark Braeder has a personal services practice at Webster Hudson & Coombe, advising individuals and small businesses on wills and estates, real estate, business, and corporate commercial matters. His wills and estates practice ranges from simple wills and powers of attorney to complex corporate reorganizations, trusts, and estate administration, and he frequently lectures on wills and estate planning. Braeder also advises clients on incorporating companies, buying and selling businesses, and preparing commercial agreements and leases, and assists with residential and commercial real estate purchases, sales, and mortgages. He earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Victoria in 2002 and was admitted to the Law Society of British Columbia in 2003.
