About Kimberley

Kimberley Wilton is a family law partner practising throughout the Greater Toronto Area. She uses a range of dispute resolution methods, from co-operative negotiation to litigation, mediation and arbitration, depending on what best serves her clients, who often face complex and high-conflict issues. Her practice covers parenting disputes, child and spousal support claims, complex property division, family adoptions and mobility issues. Kimberley is a certified collaborative family law lawyer and trained family law mediator, helping clients resolve matters respectfully outside of court where possible. Before starting her legal career she was a poet and creative non-fiction writer. She holds a J.D. from the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University, a BA from Memorial University and a BSc (Honours) from the University of Toronto, along with a Family Mediation Certificate from Riverdale Mediation.
