About Hanna

Hanna Kofman has practised family law since she was called to the bar in 2018 and joined Niman Mamo LLP in 2021. Earlier in her career she articled and worked at a boutique specializing in family law and estates litigation, before moving to a mid-sized Toronto family law firm to focus exclusively on that area. She has represented a wide range of clients in complex matters, including the division of property, spousal and child support, and parenting-related disputes, bringing a pragmatic and compassionate approach to each file. Kofman graduated from the University of Toronto's law school in 2017, where she received awards in health law and in the feminist analysis of law, and volunteered with Pro Bono Students Canada's Family Law Project and the Barbra Schlifer Clinic. She holds an undergraduate degree with high distinction in English and Cinema Studies, also from the University of Toronto.
