About Roxana

Roxana Soica is the founder of Soica & Associates and practises family law, with a particular focus on separation agreements, marriage contracts, and estate planning for family law clients. She holds a Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School and a Bachelor of Business Administration (High Distinction) from the University of Toronto, and previously worked as a research and teaching assistant in marketing and macroeconomics and in financial auditing at Ernst & Young LLP. With more than a decade of experience in family law litigation, mediation, and negotiation, Roxana is a Certified Collaborative Family Lawyer, a Notary Public in Ontario, and a Legal Aid Ontario panel lawyer for family law. She presents the Mandatory Information Program for family law litigants at the Superior Court of Justice and mentors through the Osgoode Women's Network. Roxana offers services in English, Romanian, and Spanish.
