MacKenzie Campbell is a litigator at Achkar Law whose practice spans employment law, labour law, and corporate, commercial, and civil litigation, advising employers on workplace matters while also representing individuals in employment, human rights, and regulatory disputes. He began his career as an Assistant Crown Attorney with the Ministry of the Attorney General, appearing in court daily on criminal matters including bail hearings and trials. He has since handled partnership, director and officer, and breach of contract and fiduciary duty disputes, along with complex tax litigation valued in the millions of dollars, appearing before the Ontario Court of Justice, the Superior Court of Justice, the Divisional Court, the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario, and the Assessment Review Board. Earlier in his career he acted as external counsel to government organizations and large corporate employers. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Western Ontario (Western Law) and an Honours Bachelor of Arts in History and Legal Studies from Wilfrid Laurier University.
