About Charlie

Charlie advises employers on labour and employment matters, including wrongful dismissal claims, human rights complaints, Employment Standards issues, occupational health and safety matters, and contract review. He joined Shields O'Donnell Mackillop LLP as an associate in 2025, having previously worked at a boutique Toronto litigation firm, and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2024. Charlie earned his law degree from the University of Leicester in the UK after completing an undergraduate degree in Biomedical Sciences at the University of Toronto.
