About Kevin

Kevin Caron is a partner whose litigation practice focuses on commercial disputes, including corporate, construction, insurance, and insolvency matters. He advises personal, corporate, and institutional clients on shareholder disputes, corporate governance issues, construction litigation, and insolvency proceedings, and regularly assists clients with arbitration, negotiation, and mediation. He has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Divisional Court, and the Court of Appeal, as well as before administrative bodies including the Land Planning Appeals Tribunal and the Canadian International Trade Tribunal. Before joining Conway as an associate, Kevin summered and articled with the firm. He earned his J.D. from the University of Ottawa in 2016 and was called to the Ontario bar in 2017.
