About Ken

Ken Mandzuik, KC is a partner practising exclusively in trust and estate litigation. He earned a B.A. in philosophy and his LL.B. from the University of Manitoba and was called to the Manitoba Bar in 1997. His practice has focused on civil and commercial litigation, including representing survivors of Indian Residential Schools, and he has appeared before administrative tribunals, arbitrators, mediators, and all levels of court in Manitoba as well as the Supreme Court of Canada. He is an elected bencher of the Law Society of Manitoba, currently serving as Vice President, and has chaired several of its committees. He is a past president of the Manitoba Bar Association and a legal member of the Judicial Inquiry Board since 2020. He was appointed King's Counsel in 2023.
