About Les
Les Kirchner practices family law and estate litigation where it intersects with family property accounting, committeeship, and the passing of accounts in estate management. Les is trained in collaborative practice, is a member of Collaborative Practice Manitoba, and also works as a mediator, arbitrator, and parenting coordinator, holding membership in the Family Arbitration Mediation Legal Institute (FAMLI). Following a lengthy career in health care, Les earned a law degree from the University of Manitoba in 2006, articled with Pitblado that year, and was called to the bar in 2007. Les also holds a BScN from the University of Victoria (2003, with distinction) and a nursing diploma from the Saskatchewan Institute of Applied Sciences and Technology (1989).
