About Jennifer
Jennifer Bisch is an associate practising primarily in estate planning, trusts, and estate administration. Before law school she earned a B.A. (Hons.) in Anthropology at the University of Winnipeg and an M.A. in Social Anthropology at York University, then worked as a museum curator in Winnipeg, where she developed an interest in estates, planned giving, and property law relating to art, antiques, and heritage assets. She completed her Juris Doctor at the University of Manitoba in 2021 and was called to the Manitoba Bar in 2023. While in law school she completed a certificate in art provenance research through the Association for Research into Crimes Against Art in Italy, and is currently working toward a Trust and Estate Practitioner designation through STEP Canada. She serves as Treasurer on the board of the Manitoba Chapter of the Canadian Association of Gift Planners and as Editor-in-Chief of the National Concordance.
