About Danielle
Danielle Dubois is an associate practising primarily in estate litigation. She previously practised civil litigation both as a Crown attorney and in private practice, appearing at all levels of court in Manitoba as well as the Federal Court and Tax Court of Canada. In 2024 she was seconded to work as legal research counsel at the Manitoba Court of Appeal, researching legal issues for the judges. She graduated with the Gold Medal for Highest Standing in Law from the University of Manitoba in 2017 and was called to the Manitoba Bar in 2018. Before law school she completed a Master of Arts in History at the University of Manitoba and a B.A. (Hons.) at the University of Winnipeg, where she was selected as Valedictorian for the Faculty of Arts. She currently serves on the executive of the Manitoba Bar Association's Elder Law and Legal Research sections and coaches the Wilson Moot at the University of Manitoba's Faculty of Law.
