About Darrell

Darrell practises primarily family law, appearing in family cases before the Manitoba Court of Appeal, the Court of King's Bench and the Provincial Courts, on separation, divorce, parenting time, asset division and support issues, as well as pre-nuptial and cohabitation agreements. He has extensive experience valuing shares of closely held corporations and determining income for support purposes, and also practises estate litigation involving contested wills and trustee matters. Darrell is a Chartered Professional Accountant in addition to being a lawyer.
