About Kelsey

Kelsey Humphries focuses primarily on estate planning and adult guardianship and trusteeship applications, and also advises on estate administration matters. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology (Criminology) from the University of Calgary in 2010, completed her JD at Thompson Rivers University in 2015, and articled at a full-service firm in Camrose before being called to the Alberta bar in 2016. Kelsey earned her Trust and Estate Practitioner designation from STEP Canada in 2019, and before joining Underwood Gilholme spent eight years in-house as an Estate and Trust Consultant at a national trust company assisting clients with tax, estate and philanthropic planning.
