About Samuel
Alary is an associate in Osler's financial services group, focusing on financial services and M&A work. He acts for both lenders and borrowers on debt financing deals, including syndicated loans, acquisition financing and general corporate lending, and advises buyers and sellers on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions. Alary completed a combined law degree and MBA co-op program at the Université de Sherbrooke, and spent a semester abroad studying at a law and political science faculty in Montpellier, France.
