About David
Dave's practice covers corporate restructuring, bankruptcy, and secured lending matters, acting for debtors, lenders and insolvency professionals in transactions that often cross provincial or national borders. He articled at Osler in 2013, moved into the firm's Insolvency & Restructuring practice group, then spent time in corporate and securities law at another firm before returning to Osler in 2019. Dave holds a J.D. from the University of Ottawa, earned with distinction, and a business degree from York University's Schulich School of Business.
