About Malcolm

Malcolm Peck McQueen is an associate in Osler's Financial Services Group. His work spans a range of domestic and cross-border lending matters for both borrowers and lenders, including acquisition finance, asset-based facilities, fund-level financings, and syndicated loan transactions. He also handles structured finance mandates, advising market participants on derivatives and related regulatory questions. Malcolm completed the J.D. program at Osgoode Hall Law School in 2018 after earning an undergraduate degree in political science and Spanish from the University of Toronto. Earlier in his career, he practised finance law at firms based in New York and Chicago.
