Indigenous LawKelly is a former Supreme Court of Canada law clerk who represents unions and individuals in matters involving constitutional problems, human rights, and workplace disputes. She has worked with teachers, firefighters, hospital employees, and other union members on issues such as job security, workplace privacy, discipline, and disability benefits, and often represents individuals facing discrimination and harassment at work. Kelly also assists Indigenous clients with workplace issues and land claims litigation, drawing on her own background as a member of the Six Nations of the Grand River. She holds degrees in both common law and civil law from McGill University, is fluent in French, and was called to the Ontario bar in 2008.
