About Julian

Julian L. Doyle is a principal partner in the business acquisitions and dispositions and securities and corporate governance groups. His practice covers a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including share and asset acquisitions and dispositions, debt and equity financing, private placements, and corporate reorganizations. He also advises on shareholder disputes and general corporate governance, as well as commercial real estate purchases, sales and financings. His securities work includes initial public offerings, private placements, and exempt market bond offerings, along with advice to boards of directors and their committees. Julian was called to the bar in 1985. He holds an LL.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School, an earlier LL.B. from the University of Warwick in England, and a B.A. from McGill University.
