About Keith

Keith Bannon has focused solely on construction law for more than fifteen years, acting for owners, contractors, and subcontractors in disputes before the courts and in private arbitrations, and also drafts and negotiates construction contracts for clients in infrastructure, industrial, and residential projects. Representative files include arbitrations on cross-border energy projects, lien and civil actions over transit facility renovations, and contract negotiations for major plant upgrades. Keith is a Fellow of the Construction Lawyers Society of America and a past executive member of the OBA's Construction Law Section, and was called to the Ontario bar in 2005 after earning an LL.B. from the University of Windsor and a B.A. (Hons.) from Western.
